Vail Fall Proposal

Although I photograph quite a few proposals in Vail, the charm and special moment never seems to wear off. It's always such an honor to be part of people's one of a kind moments like these, and to help them capture the day to remember forever.

This particular proposal was towards the end of the fall color rush, with that perfect cozy weather and warm autumn lighting. East Vail was the location for this proposal, and it was a perfect backdrop for the occasion.

For proposals, I always work to make sure we have a great location for the proposal itself. Usually this means a location I've shot at many times before, so I really know the lighting and lay of the land. The proposal is captured candidly, then we walk around together afterwards for some more directed photos like a mini engagement session! Being a Vail proposal photographer is so fun!
