Vail Winter Proposal

This was such a magical winter proposal at the top of Vail mountain! I love photos in Vail at the top of the gondola, it provides a view you just can't get from the valley. There are gorgeous mountain peak views from almost every angle up at the top, and on a clear day you can see for miles. It takes a bit more to get to the top for this location, but it's one of my favorite locations for photos in Vail.

As a Vail engagement photographer I really like discussing and deciding on perfect locations for the proposal you are envisioning. There are so many beautiful locations in Vail for photos, depending on the season and what backdrop you're wanting. This location is at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola out of Lionshead Village, about a 10 minute gondola ride. Keep in mind you will need to purchase at least a scenic gondola ticket to ride this up, or if you have a season ski pass then you can access this lift. There are multiple great locations for photos at the top!
