I truly just love a winter proposal in Vail, Colorado! It's so magical with the snow all around and the cozy lights in the villages. Being there to capture a proposal is such a privilege, being part of people's special and once in a lifetime memories is one of my favorite parts about being a Vail photographer.

Vail Engagement

I love this little creekside trail that runs next to Lionshead Village in Vail, Colorado. It's easy to get to from the village, and has multiple beautiful backdrop locations within the same location. The snowy trees, icy creek, and snowy mountains make for a really pretty location! Although this is a public trail it's often very quiet with no other people around, so it's nice and private.

Photographing this Vail proposal was so fun and special! I truly loved her reaction (big surprise!), and you could just tell how real and true their love is. It's such a joy to capture these beautiful memories as a Vail photographer!
