And just like that... it's somehow already August again! The summers here in Vail (and Colorado) seem to fly by faster and faster, you blink and feel like it's over already. I loved the feeling of this Vail family photo session on a warm summer morning- it's that time of year that really feels like the connection between summer and fall.

Making time for family photos is so important, especially when little ones change and grow so quickly! I love when people plan for family photos while they're here in Vail- it's so fun to have photos somewhere different and in such a beautiful location. This summer has been beautifully busy as a Vail photographer, but slowing down a bit to capture life's snapshots is so important.

The summers in Vail (Colorado as a whole really) go by so quickly, I really try to savor every moment I can.
