Summertime Aspen Family Photos

As always, the Colorado summer flew by in the blink of an eye- I'm still getting around to sharing some of my favorite sessions from this season! This sweet family was full of laughs, fun, and roaming through this beautiful open space in Aspen, Colorado. I love being able to get that "Colorado feeling" in photo sessions, and really feel like this location embodies that.

This location is so fun to walk around in, mountain views off the in distance with a shady small grove of aspen trees off to the side. It's also so super easy to access without a love hike or drive necessary. It's a super scenic and easy to access photo location, which is always a plus with family sessions.

I love the little moments in-between the direction or transitions. Kids are so playful that it just seems natural to have a playful and candid nature to family sessions!
