Winter family photos in Snowmass are so magical-with sparkling snow, snowy trees and snowcapped mountain peaks. This winter family photo session in Snowmass was beautiful and easy to get to- even in a space snow year! I love being able to use multiple background for a single session. We were able to get photos in the aspen trees with the afternoon sunlight shining through on the short walk to snow-covered mountain peaks.


This was an extra special family session, which doubled at a maternity session! I love being able to capture growing families and family moments exactly in the moment they're in. Life changes so quickly and it's so important to document the evolving changes in life.

Snowmass is such a small and cute ski village, built around the ski resort and beautiful mountain peaks surrounding the village and valley of Snowmass. It's just a short drive from Aspen Colorado, but offers a more slow paced and casual ambiance while still offering the beauty and activity of the Aspen area! Snowmass and Aspen are both beautiful locations for a photo session, in any season.
